NEW - All Black Everything

Pyknic All Black Everything Black Cat Black Coffee Design

There is nothing more relaxing or comforting in the morning than a cup of black coffee. It doesn't matter the variety, whether it be from a k-cup or brewed with an aeropress, french press, or chemex, the fact is that it's enough. Maybe not "enough" in the sense that you're definitely going to need another cup or two in order to deal with the hell that is today and/or people but certainly enough that you don't need to pour in pumpkin pie chemicals from a bottle to make the coffee somewhat adequate or appealing.

This particular morning we went with the Americano or Caffè Americano, if you want to be a fancy pants. A double shot of espresso with added water. Despite the latter name, it's quite simple. Simple but significant.

Years of taking our coffee black inspired our latest offering, All Black Everything. Besides being partial to black coffee, our wardrobe and collection over the past couple years has been predominately black. The cat, although a different variation, is a slight nod to our popular maneki neko (or lucky cat) of years past. We have progressed (heck, we have a new logo!) and we figured so should he.

There was no better time to release it than October when the Fall has brought a chill to the air and the warmth that a cup of coffee provides on the inside and on your hands becomes increasingly necessary. Also it so happens to be one of our favorite months due to Halloween. The wiry, caffeinated cat draws inspiration from 60s Halloween Decor and is perfect for the holiday but certainly transcends just one day of wear.

It's simple but significant, just like the coffee we love.
