PART-TIME / FREELANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE (REMOTE)

We are looking for an organized and well-written problem solver. You will be on the front lines of customer service via our e-mail and be utilizing information provided, our shopify backend, warehouse software, as well as in-house and our close 3rd party contacts to answer customers in a timely fashion. There will of course be some escalating matters that will require critical thinking for solutions that benefit all parties. There will also be some small daily data-entry, think 5-10 tracking numbers from our warehouse software to one sales platform.
We can offer up to 10 hours of work per week (5 days) at $18/hour. Should have experience with online customer service and Shopify.

FREELANCE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (REMOTE - CALIFORNIA)

We are looking for a creative, passionate social media manager who is interested in fashion and creating & maintaining relationships and can offer up to 10-12 hours of work per week. Should have experiencing running an Instagram account, whether running a small coffee shop's IG account, your own influencer account, etc.
You will be organizing, scheduling and writing copy for grid and story posts that are reflective of the brand's voice. You will be responsible for curating content from our partner photographers as well as finding content that can be "peppered" in that fits our aesthetic. If you are experienced with photography or videos / reels and can create additional content that fits our vibe that would be helpful!
You will also be involved in outreach to and maintaining existing relationships with influencers, magazines, blogs, and like-minded creatives and brands.

INDEPENDENT SALES REP - California

We are looking for an Independent Sales Rep or Fashion Sales Agency to help with wholesale apparel efforts in California. As our Outside Sales Representative you will generate new leads and meet / show samples to incoming leads & existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Know our product and brand, overview of market, and targeted stores.
Sales & Service:
Work with manager to hit sales goals.
Skills Needed:
Experience in sales: at least 2-3 years.
wholesale fashion or branded apparel experience would be helpful.
Comfortable with Google Sheets and Social Media / Email.
Organized, Self-Motivated, Personable and detail oriented. Car necessary.
Pay:
15% Sales Commission.
