• What size should I order?

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
  • Do you have any active promo codes or coupons?

    Despite what Google search might say, we do not have any active coupons. We only run one sale a year and that's on Black Friday.
  • Do you ship to my country?

    Yes! We ship our goods worldwide using the United States Postal Service. You can find out shipping costs by adding your favorite items to the cart and attempting to checkout. Tracking for the First Class International service is not offered to every country. You can track your package if you live in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, or New Zealand.
  • When will my order ship?

    We ship worldwide during the business week (Monday - Friday). When your item has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information at the address you provided at the time of checkout.
  • Can I exchange or return my order?

    Yes, we will exchange or provide refunds on all non-clearance (sale) items received within 30 days of your package's dispatch from our facilities.

    Both exchange and return items must appear unworn and unwashed in order to be processed for a refund.

    All returns and exchanges are at shipped at the expense of the customer. We do have a new return / exchange (store credit) processing portal which will automatically generate a label for you.

    Please note that the cost of the shipping label will be deducted at time of refund.

  • How do I initiate an exchange or return?

  • Can I sell Pyknic in my shop?

    We always welcome new retail accounts, both brick-and-mortar as well as online. Send us an e-mail with your shop's name, location, website or social, and let us know what other brands you carry. If we think it is a good fit, we'll set you up with an account for our wholesale program.
