Delivery Information

We ship worldwide during the business week (Monday - Friday) using the United States Postal Service. 

International shipping costs are based on the weight of your package and location. This cost is calculated in the cart and will be displayed during checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days and notifications are sent to the e-mail provided with the order.

Lost Packages

If you have not purchased Pyknic Package Protection for your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, and cannot replace, credit, or refund your order. If your package have not received your package, please contact the carrier with the tracking number provided.

Package Protection

By selecting Pyknic Package Protection at checkout and paying an additional fee of 2% of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, theft, or loss. If your parcel never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can submit a claim and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed with a store credit. Only the initial order placed with Package Protection is covered. Subsequent shipments, including the replacement order itself, are not covered.

Any claims for packages marked "delivered" but were not received must be made seven (7) days after delivery confirmation date to ensure it was not mis-delivered ie. found at a neighbors, held at the post office, or incorrectly marked delivered by the carrier, but no longer than 14 days. Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are only eligible for a replacement order or store credit. We will require you to submit a mail theft claim with the carrier prior to receiving the replacement order or store credit. For international orders, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the replacement package.

If the package is presumed to be lost and the tracking does not say "delivered", claims must be filed after 10 days of package's shipping date (25 days if international) and before 30 days of shipping date (50 days if international). These claims where tracking does not say "delivered" are eligible for a replacement order or store credit, not including shipping charges.

Marked "Delivered": After 7 days of Delivery Confirmation Date, No Longer than 14 days of Delivery Confirmation Date.

Not Marked "Delivered": After 10 days of Shipping Date, No Longer than 30 days of Delivery Confirmation Date.


International

Marked "Delivered": After 7 days of Delivery Confirmation Date, No Longer than 14 days of Delivery Confirmation Date.

Not Marked "Delivered": After 25 days of Shipping Date, No Longer than 50 days of Delivery Confirmation Date.
